Why Be Real?

When I started this journey I called my 'soul sister' Monique for advice. The advice was simple and clear, "Let yourself feel all of this. When you feel like crying cry, when you are happy, be happy and laugh. Lynn, embrace this journey!" Her favorite expression is "Just be." So I interpreted that expression for my story: "Just be real." And here it all is......
